1. Train your senior loved one to use video chatting or calling.

In most cases, an aging loved one may have difficulty chatting and talking with family and friends through the latest technology. Teaching them to use some of the technology will not be a hard thing. You can also set up a time where the family members chat with the aging loved one. When they get used to chatting with family, they will eventually find it easy chatting with friends.

2. Find some hobbies.

If you are looking for a hobby for your senior, think of the things your loved one liked. You can then try to adapt the same thing for current challenges. For example, you can provide magnifying glasses to make it easier to read their favorite magazine.
