A Florida-based cruise comparison platform named iCruiseApp Travel & Tours has introduced a unified digital system designed to connect travelers directly with independent advisors. The platform merges two core tools: CruisVisor, an AI-powered assistant for passengers, and a dedicated advisor application for professionals. The AI component of CruisVisor evaluates user preferences to suggest personalized cruise options from providers featured on the platform. It also enables travelers to request human support for booking logistics, including flights, hotels, excursions, or insurance policies. Meanwhile, advisors benefit from a centralized dashboard that includes client tracking, payment processing, and real-time pricing comparisons across available offers.
A standout element of the system is the “cruise wizard” function, which gathers traveler data to align them with suitable cruise options—while minimizing manual coordination between parties. The platform further integrates payment handling and client management to simplify transactions. Barrett Caudill, CEO and co-founder of iCruiseApp, emphasized that efficiency drives the project. “Travel planning is inherently personal, and its execution should reflect that,” he stated. “Our tools allow travelers to explore with confidence, while advisors regain time for the relationships that matter most.”
Unlike competitors such as Major Go, which primarily serves travel agencies, iCruiseApp seeks to manage both customer interactions and advisor operations under one roof. The company’s in-house development team ensures swift updates based on user input, according to Terry Caudill, CTO and co-founder. “When our users share their needs, we can implement solutions faster, a key advantage for agencies scaling up,” he explained.
